Wildlife Viewing While Fishing

Enjoy excellent sport fishing for salmon and halibut on the west coast while experiencing the scenery and wildlife on the water. During the fishing day you are bound to encounter wildlife such as bald eagles, seals, sea lions, or whales. Your salmon and halibut fishing days feature a professional guide with vessel, gear, tackle and bait.

Whale Watching Tours (Summer/Fall)

Whale viewing is a spectacular sight and experience. B.C. has the largest population of killer whales in the world. Both transients and pods frequent waters surrounding Prince Rupert. Humpback whales are seen bubble net feeding only in this area. Thousands of gray whales pass by on their way to the Bering Sea. This package in the summer/fall can separate fishing from whale viewing or combine each among the days. Experience a day or two of fishing for salmon and/or halibut and then spend a day with the whales. Or, combine both fishing and whale viewing on each day.

Grizzly Bear Tours (Spring/Summer)

The Khutzeymateen Valley, a 44,300-hectare sanctuary located 45 km northeast of Prince Rupert is home to some 50 grizzlies. Experience a once in a lifetime opportunity to view these magnificent creatures in their natural habitat. A wide variety of species also make the sanctuary their home such as the black bear, wolf, river otter, and beaver .This package in the spring/summer will provide fishing for a day or two, and then a day of grizzly bear viewing.
